If, after three full working months of cooperation with MailForge Agency, your brand does not reach an average of 5% of total store revenue per month generated through email and SMS marketing, we will issue a full refund of the service fees paid to MailForge Agency for that three-month period.

For clarity, our target is an average of 5% of your total store revenue per month, measured over three full working months.

Before any work begins, we first review your brand and current position.

This includes looking at your website, offer, customer journey, current retention setup, and overall growth potential. Based on that, we prepare a clear action plan and discuss what results are realistic for your business.

Before the start of cooperation, we agree on:

• the scope of work;
• what is included in the service;

• the expected timeline;
• the projected results based on our initial review.

Only after these points are discussed and confirmed do we begin the collaboration.

Performance under this guarantee is measured based on the agreed reporting structure and the revenue attribution available through Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing.

Before the start of cooperation, both sides should have a shared understanding of how results will be tracked and reviewed.

When the Guarantee Applies

This guarantee applies when the client fully cooperates with MailForge Agency and provides everything reasonably needed for proper execution of the agreed work.

This includes, where applicable:

• timely access to the required platforms and accounts;
• timely approvals;
• necessary materials and information;
• reasonable communication and feedback;
• no major changes in business direction that materially affect execution.

The guarantee is based on the originally agreed scope of work and the business conditions discussed before the project begins.

We do not start cooperation blindly, and we do not make empty promises. We first review the opportunity, build a strategy, discuss expected results, and make sure both sides are aligned.

If we agree to move forward, we do so with confidence in the plan.
