What we did:
Anatoly Fit had an existing audience and strong organic demand — but no email marketing system in place. We started by segmenting the existing customer base and building a campaign plan around the platform's subscription offer.
Once the initial campaigns performed well, we expanded into a custom lifecycle system built around different customer profiles, goals, and subscription types. The focus was clear: convert new visitors into subscribers and move one-month buyers toward longer plans.

First, we set up a lead capture popup and the core lifecycle flows: welcome, browse abandonment, abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, win-back, and sunset.
Then we built a segmentation structure and launched a monthly campaign plan — so each customer group gets the right message, offer, and timing. This helped the brand recover missed purchases and drive repeat orders consistently.
